Embedding Videos in BlackBoard

A few steps allows you to display a video inside of Blackboard.
You can embed a video in any text box that has a Toggle HTML button option on it.
That means you can embed in content folders (like Course Docments, Course Info) or in Announcements or Discussion Forums.
